Unemployment Reset Protocol Group Program

1. What is the Service
The Unemployment Reset Protocol is a guided online course and community designed to help participants rebuild motivation, establish supportive daily structures, reset mindset and biology, and regain momentum during a season of unemployment.
The program is offered by application only and is delivered through:
Pre-recorded video lessons and digital learning materials. Guided exercises, journaling prompts, and downloadable resources. Live or group discussion sessions (as announced). Access to a private online group/community space for the duration of the program.
This program is educational and supportive in nature. It does not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice.
2. Program Features
Learning Materials: Access to all course videos, worksheets, and resources for the full term of the program. Community Access: Participants will be invited to join a private group or discussion forum for peer support. Optional Microdosing Resources: Educational materials on mindful microdosing are provided as an optional add-on. Participants are solely responsible for complying with local laws and seeking medical guidance before pursuing any such practice.
Facilitation & Support: Facilitators offer guidance and respond to participant questions inside designated group spaces during the program term. One-to-one coaching is not included unless separately arranged.
3. Participant Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of the program, participants are expected to:
Show up consistently and engage with lessons and exercises.
Complete application and onboarding forms honestly.
Maintain respectful, kind communication with all facilitators and fellow participants.
Seek professional medical, psychological, or legal support for needs outside the scope of the program.
Make their own decisions about lifestyle changes, supplements, or optional practices (such as microdosing).
The program is designed for personal growth.
Outcomes depend on the participant’s own effort, readiness, and consistency.
4. No Medical or Employment Guarantee
The program is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or treatment of any condition. While many participants experience improved motivation, focus, and well-being, no guarantee can be made regarding securing employment, income, or specific external results.
5. Payment & Refunds
The investment for the Unemployment Reset Program is stated at checkout or in your acceptance email. Payment is required to secure a spot in the program.
All payments for the Unemployment Reset Program are made in full upfront to secure a spot in the curated group.
Special Provision: If a participant secures employment during the program and chooses not to continue, they may request a partial refund proportional to the number of remaining weeks they will not attend. To qualify for this partial refund, the participant must notify us promptly of their decision to withdraw. Once the refund is issued, the participant’s access to the group community and future modules will end. All refunds will be issued minus any applicable payment-processing fees and/or non-refundable third-party service costs. Beyond these provisions, all sales are final.
6. Program Conduct & Dismissal
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, we reserve the right to remove any participant who:
Harasses, disrupts, or behaves disrespectfully toward other participants or staff. Violates community guidelines or program boundaries.
No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the program (videos, worksheets, exercises, etc.) are for personal use only.
You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
We respect participant privacy.
All personal information and stories shared inside the program community or in application forms will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm).
9. Program Changes
We may make reasonable changes to program features, delivery methods, or schedules to improve participant experience.
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
10. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Unemployment Reset Program, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood these Terms of Service. Accept responsibility for your own participation, decisions, and results. Understand the program is educational and supportive in nature, not medical or therapeutic treatment.
